BSNL Broadband Connection — broad band connection not yet installed

I booked my connection through bsnl shoppe franchise : Vasantha Comunications opp . Kamaraj arangam, teynampet . i booked it on 20.08.08, paid the deposit of 5oo /- too . Ive still not received a connection of the telephone it self . due to urgency n renowned company only i booked it with bsnl but as of now its not serving the purpose . Ive been following up every day, the response is really bad . Request you to send the line man for connection and finish the job as early as possible . Order num : 82407733, Area to be connected : Neelankari . Kindly take this as a very high importance request and plz give the connection soon . kindly update me with the status plz .
