[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — sites not working from 1 month

bsnl bradband is nt a god site.There are so many useless similar sites openning when we go for bsnl uasage check.but the site which is recommende for bsnl broadband uasge is"selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in", which is not oppenning from last so many days.Ihv got two bills , one of rs.9000, & another 1 of rs.11000.
I hv seen that this site is included in worst sites of world records.This site donot open even @ Bsnl's ofiices.In a month. there are so many days when this site is crashed or it is nt responding.Do ever these people can make it good to use?
