bsnl/broadband connection — EXCESS CHARGES ON BROADBAND USAGE
I AM HAVING BSNL TELEPHONE NO:24150221 WITH BROADBAND CONNCTION UNDER PLAN HOME500C WITH 1.5GB FREE USAGE.TILL APRIL,09 I WAS CHARGED ONLY THE MINIMUM OF RS.500/00 ONLY + SERVICE TAX.FROM MAY,09 TO JULY,09 I AM GETTING EXCESS CHARGES FOR MY BROADBAND USAGE.IN THE JULY,09 MONTH FOR THE USAGE OF 79HOURS 45MINUTES AN AMOUNT OF RS.3361/35 IS CHARGED WHICH IS VERY MUCH ON THE HIGHER SIDE.WHEN I APPROACHED THE COMMERCIAL OFFICER OF SAROORNAGAR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE FOR PROPER DETAILS I WAS ADVISED TO SEE THE DETAILS ATbb service.bsnl.in ltd internet dotsoft reports.WHEN I TRIED TO SEE THE DETAILS AT bb service.bsnl.in THE WEB PAGE IS NOT AT ALL OPENING.I AM AT LOSS WHAT TO DO FURTHER EXCEPT TO SURRENDER MY CONNECTION.I HAVE ALSO GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT ON 18/07/09 FOR WHICH THERE WAS NOT A RESPONSE.FOR KIND INFORMATION AND FURTHER ADVICE PLEASE.SD.K.GANESH.BSNL Broadband — EXCESSIVE CHARGES ON BROADBAND USAGE
I AM FROM HYDERABAD (AC GUARDS). I AM USING BROAD BAND SINCE 2 YEARS. THIS MONTH WAS CHARGED RS. 6000/- AMOUNT ON USAGE OF BROAD. MY NORMAL AVERAGE BILL WAS AROUND 1000/- . PLEASE SEND ME DETAILED REPORT ON THIS.Broadband services — Excess Charges
Sub: Broadband User ID [protected]@vsnl.netThis is to bring to your attention that the rates for the Broadband have been revised from your end since last two months as i am given to understand from one of your Area Sales Managers .Still your website still displays the old rates whereby which i have been paying extra for no reason.
I have changed my plans just last month and i am being charged at Rs 7000/- plus taxes for a 2mbps unlimited plan. Whereas the rates were then around Rs 2300/- approx. I feel cheated by your company as it amounts to deliberately hiding facts for petty gains of few thousand rupees.
I request you to look into the matter and refund me the excess amount asap .
BSNL — Excess Broadband Charges
Sir,I have been charged Rs 444.89 (+S.T.) in my Bill dated 19.11.10 extra for broadband charges..i have used within the free limites...BSNL has updated its software..bill for the August was not generated...so August Usages was added in october usage..and i was charged extra...many customer are facing the same problem..i have submitted the necessary application and usages details at the concern office..but still they say that it will be approved by the higher authority...

Broadband services — Segment change
My phone no is[protected]. I had asked for segment change from commercial to domestic as the line has been used only for domestic purpose. The connection was mistakenly classified as commercial at the time of installation itself by your staff. It was notified only when i wanted to switch over to the 750/ scheme. Despite repeated reminders no purposeful effort has been made to make the change. Each time i contact, i was told to wait till the next billing session for past 2 months. hence early action is awaited
