BSNL Broadband Internet — Connection Issue | |
I have taken a BSNL Broadband (500C+) plan in B-126, Kendriya Vihar, Noida Sector-82. Though BSNL person came and installed the ASDL Modem, but he has not given password to operate internet. It's become almost one month since he came and installed the MODEM. I don't have any contact no of anyone to contact and get the installation done. BSNL Broadband — Internet issue
I have been using BSNL Broadband service of internet from last 3 years. I have opted for Home Plan750 which supports speed of 1 MBp/s. From last 2 months I am facing problem related to connectivity. The message stating bandwidth is not sufficient is being displayed.I have called twice in the BSNL Office regarding the resolution of the issue, but unfortunately no proper response is given at the problem I am facing. I request you to look into the same and please help me to resolve it as early as possible.
