Dear Sir,

I am having BSNL Broadband internet connection & due to some problem from service provider the internet connection is not working properly from 22nd January 2013. I log complaint for the same at 23rd January 2013 & the complaint is resolved at 30th January 2013. I need waiver in internet rental for this period.
