[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — irregular broadband service | |||
hi, I have a broadband connection of BSNL and from last two years I am facing a problem with the DSL and Internet status light. The status light should always be on and stable but after some time the DSL light starts flickering and internet light goes off and during this time i am unable to surf or access the internet. The only option left is to switch the power of the modem off and switch it on again. I face this error after every 2 to 5 minutes. please tell me what is the root cause of the error? Suspecting problem with modem I renewed the BSNL Modem with D Link modem but the problem still persists.I complained about it many times but every time a person from the exchange comes does some thing and goes back.But the problem surfaces again after few days.Why cant this problem be fixed once and for all.It is irritating at times when suddenly u loose the internet connection when you are in the middle of an internet transaction.I requested the telephone exchange to send a knowledgeable person to fix this long standing problem but every time the same person comes and the problem remains unsolved. Broadband — ADSL line irregular
I have lodged complaint time and again with '1500' from the last 20-30 days but without any result. The ADSL light is blinking and not static due to which broadband cannot be connected. In the morning hours broadband connection is available but in the afternoon it is just impossible. The staff of local exchange is not accepting the letter of complaint. They are just noting down the faulty number(s).Second complaint is that of[protected] which is lying dead sice last 15-20 days. This too is not being set right by the department. We are now thinking to switch over to some private company atleast they would be setting the fault right immediately.
