Dear sir,
i am dedicated user of bsnl since last 10-15 years. now i am using bsnl broad band plan @ 500 rs per month from last 6 month . during this time i have problem so many time such as continuously link breakup , slow browsing . even slow browsing issue comes from to time of installation. so many time i locked complaint on customer care but they simply replied some body will come but till today no body have to arrive at my premises, . really i am very disappoint to this type of services apart from this department attempting to implement broadband service at wide level. i don't think with this can be possible with this type of service . i hereby do request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible. otherwise due to lack of service i can do separation to bsnl & its services,
i hope to hear soon with immediate action.
