[Resolved] BSNL broadband (Maharashtra) — broadband not working

Sir, my telephone no. is[protected] on which broadband connection is installed. For last about 3 months the broadband had been having some problem or the other. I had been giving regular complaints, it becomes alright for a day or two and then again becomes out of service. My telephopne No. is[protected]. My complaint No. is 2849 of 1st November, 2009. Prior to this also many a times I have entered the complaint in the Register at Chihchpada Telephone Exchange. Whenever the internet connection is required, telephone receiver has to be lfted, i.e. simultaneously telephone and internet will not work. Till date the problem is not solved. As the internet surfing may require more time, how far the telephone line keep engaged. Hope you will understand the seriousness of the nature of complaint and do the needful at the earliest.
