BSNL Broadband — Not getting sufficient as per my plan | |||
Hello sir, I'm having BSNL Broadband connection at my home. Before I used to have a low speed plan of RS. 500/pm but it was not sufficient for me because I run my own website and I need a lot of data usage everyday. So, I decided to change my paln to RS. 2150/pm and the speed which was promised was about 1mbps but I don't even get 100kbps speed while downloading. When contacting to the BSNL Exchange officers, they just speak too rudely and gives no response to my problem. My money is getting totally wasted since last two months. Please solve my problem asap and all I need is my Broadband speed to rise-up to required speed as per my paln i.e 1mbps! I hope to get a quick response from here. Thank you Shyam Pareek Mob. BSNL Broadband — Not getting information about my broadband account
Requested sir,After so many attempts i am unable to find broadband usuage, as i enter user name & password it show blank page.
Please suggest how to work.
