[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — speed

I am using bsnl broadband 500 rural combo, which says will get speed upto 2mbps. I am getting the speed of only 60 kbps. All broadband users i this area is facing the same problem. In pathanapuram exchange, there is a computer for public surfing. On checking that, it was found 2mbps speed consistent. We are paid for bb, and what bsnl is doing to us? Our connection is in eikkaattor locality.

sir,
my bsnl broadband speed has been reduced. i am noticing this feture from the last few weeks.

i am using bsnl combo(799/-) plan which gives me a speed of 256kbps, now a days i am noticing that my speed has reduced, i have tried enough to resolve the problem but could not correct it
please help me out

I totally agree with divyanshu...the speed is really slow and pathetic. BSNL should increase their bandwidth so as to keep up with their competition. Otherwise they'll loose customers.

Sir i have a 1 mb unlimited plan but for approx 1 month i got below 256 kbps speed. Ihad given 5 times this complaint but nobody wanna solve it. please take some action & allow me 1 mbps speed.

speed said at the time of installation was 1 mbps for 6 gb and then 512 kbps for whole month. and now available average speed is 45 kbps for whole month.

no proper speed even to talk at yahoo.an average of 45 kbps is available for a 750 combo pack.ph no [protected]. so however trying to take bsnl broadband so think once again.speed is less than my mobile phone gprs speed.
