when i log in to BSNLbbservices to find out about my usage, i type in my user id and password but the answer i get is "FORBIDDEN" please guide me properly so that i can acces my usage.

when i log in to BSNLbbservices to find out about my usage, i type in my user id and password .it is log in, i select the month, but it displayed " NO USAGE RECORD FOUND" this is what the massage displayed . this problem is in past 15 days. please correct as fast as possible.
Broad Band usage portal could not be accessed by me inspite of tried for several times. Why? and please do needful.
On Friday evening at 6.30 PM Mr. Rishkesh Nandeshwar had connected first time broad band on tel. phone no[protected] but aqs soon as he left the office same we are unable to asses ie not getting connected we were trying his mobile but it was just shows switched off we donot know why?
Pl. do the needful at the earliest so that we can start our business & send mails from this b. band.

BSNL Broadband — UNABLE TO ACCESS USAGE
siriam consumer of bsnl broad band homeplan 250 connection i can not access my usage from bsnl site
when i entered my user id & password it can not tell the usage
bsnl sites are not opening so i cant check the usage

Im also facing the same problem. my connection cant access the bsnl websites. The remedy to it was to change the type of my connection to Bridged instead of PPPoE. This requires configuration of your modem. This worked for me but i donno to how much extent it works for u.

When I log onto bbservice.bsnl.in to know the usage details of the broadband, a page opened shows "internal service error" and I am unable to access the usage details.this problem is continuing for the last 7 days. Pl. do the needful at the earliest.

usage details are not acceceable I gave user Id and password by mail on the pop up on the site I think it is piracy pop up i.e. false pop up built on your site for getting details of account no. and password and they may use my account please tag my phone number only for use with my account if possible

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — unable to access account usage
i took my bsnl connection again this mid june which was disconnected by me for a couple of months in between. since then i m unable to check my account usage at dataone.in , i want to know that the password and user id for login are same which we use for connecting bsnl ????? or its different??? its causing me great problem as everytime our broadband bill is more than the plan. please must reply and help me to check my account usage. i lost my id and password my contact number [protected]

i cannot view my account usage since ive taken the triband connection.its that always the bill goes more than my free downloads n i cant help it...
i hope i could get some help over it
