BSNL Broadband Services — Billing not clear

I observe that there is a clear discrepancy in usage and billing. The people who answer the calls do not come up with proper answer. Instead they talk like sales personnel. I wish to add here that it should be clearly mentioned in the bill as to how much is free for every month and how much has been used and the charges thereto. If this is not done, there can be a lot of confusions and controversies, .

usage details unknown in billing
i am unable to understand how much am using...
i want to know clearly how much i have used and how much is free...
i am using bsnl home c500 plan for the last 10 months.i get 1.5 GB free usage, and i have always maintained my usage around the free limit.even during august 2010, according to my knowledge, i had used upto 1.43 GB
but the meter reading is keep on increasing(31 aug -1.43 GB, 1 sep morning -1.7 GB, 1 sep noon -1.83GB,
and at night 1.9 GB) surprisingly i have not used the net.
my account number is 25480253

please help me.
