LOw spee d for month and trouble of modems and unable grt connection connect quickly
BSNL — Slow Speed since 2 months
It was recently announced on the BSNL website that there was a change in speed of the UL 750 Home pack from 256Kpbs to 512Kpbs. This means that I should be getting a speed of 64 KB/s (approx.). But since 2 months, I have been getting a very low speed, about 7 KB/s. But the speed tester on "dataone.in" shows that i should be getting 64 KB/s(approx.) This is very unfair. I have complained to the offices but in vain. I request BSNL to increase my speed immediately without further delay. BSNL , India's largest telecommunication company should be ashamed of its poor quality of service to the people!I have even attached 4 photos along with this complaint. You may view them and see what I mean!

BSNL Broadband — Low speed for months
Dear Sir / Madam,I have subscribed for 512kbps unlimited usage plan from BSNL and it has been performing extremely poorrly (less than 100kbps).
I have lodged complaint, followed up, escalated to nodal and appellate authorities however there has been no improvement.
Pls advise what could be the next recourse to get satisfactory services for which I have already paid as well as refund of the pro-rated amount for the period its has been deficient.
It is causing me immense hardships as I have to run around everytime I have some work on internet (which is quite frequent).
