I talked with customer care executive(BSNL BROAD BAND SERVICE)few days ago, in order to check usage of the perticular service. As told by them i registered my account(selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in) with my CUSTIMER ID____________ and other perticulars mentioned in the registration form.Reply was shown that i will get the registration confirmation and my password through my email.Since then three days have passed and i hav'nt recieved any confirmation niether my password.I again tried to register my account but it shows the customer I.D has alredy been registered.
