from last 25 days my BSNL broad band internet connection is not functioning. Inspite of loadging the complaints four times through call, the wimberly gunj exchange officials has not at all responded and i am being made to run from pillar to pillar for rectifying the problem. BSNL is really bad in providing these kind of services but very prompt to cut the line for non-payment even if it is for just a month Was this information helpful? |
BSNL Broadband — Complaint not attending
I am Using BSNL broadband and my Customer ID / phone no is :[protected] and my portal id is: RAS[protected] since many months but i am not receiving any bills for the same and also i am facing lot of problems while connecting to internet.I have complaint regarding this physically at their address but they have not attendant any time.
Please help as i am not able to connect to internet.
Sometimes with lots of exercise i am able to connect to internet.
