I am using BSNL Broadband ( plan 4mbps Speed) from 1st july. but steel today i have suffering from Net problem,
after every 15 or 20 minutes my internet disconnect and in this 15 day i have use this service really and hardly 8 days

i am calling daily our bsnl office and tell him my problem but nobody can able to take action or solve my problem.
in our bsnl office there is Mr. Parejiya ([protected]) he never receive my call and region JTO Mr. Amrit Pal ([protected]), if he receive then not give me a satisfied answer.. my bsnl phone no.[protected] and my address mention above.

i have already given one month advance payment for Internet so, i must use this service at least one month...
i have business for on line ad posting... and without internet i cant run my business...so, in short i am in trouble because of BSNL broadband and no one can help in this condition so please if you have an authority then you tell them to solve my problem...

I am using pLAN:bb-home-combo-ul-625-monthly plan of BSNL since long back.No clear NETWORK line obtained as well as disconnect the line every 5 to 10 minutes.Earlier I had made complained but nobody attended my earlier complained .Nobody take care to attend my complain at my house after repeated request to them and excused on my BSNL phone on attending only. I am calling and complained the BSNL broadband problem for NETWORK LINE. The modem also not properly work though i paid Rs.80/- as monthly rent since last more than 3Years approximately.Today the complain attendant on phone has not move my complain to the next or higher authority.He Only repeated the complaint but not satisfactorily replied and cut the phone.I am not use the BSNL broadband facility due to modem problem and not clear NETWORK LINE and disconnect, even though i regularly pay the Bills.
