[Resolved]  BSNL — BSNL Prepaid Mobile - BSNL deducting balance repeatedly and not deactivated service

My bsnl no-[protected] ,as I have not activated any services but BSNL have deducted 45 rs balance for cricket pack since last 3 months i.e 15 rs/month(30/3/2013,30/4/2013,30/5/2013) & i want to deacivate this service but no call is connecting to them & also i want my 45 rs back in my talk time but not able to get customer care.

Please give response for my problem.

BSNL — service not activated yet

i have purchased a new prepaid sim of rs 200 and get a scheme that i can call one bsnl moblile no. and one bsnl mobile no.@20paiseminute and for that i have to send a mesge(proper) with the numbers.so i send it and receive a mesge for the confirmation .that ur request for has been accepted and in que for the activation.but 6 days to go, until now my service is not activated i had also called in customar care for the same.but no action is taken yetso plz take care for this...thanks...

BSNL — about balance

im zaheer im the user of bsnl power pack and im facing many negative balance with out any offers pls rectify the problem

My land line number is[protected]. It is very often going out of order. Fifteen days back I made a complaint about non-working of my phone. They took nearly 8 days to get it rectified the complaint. Against to-dy my phone went out of order. I am not in a position to know how many days it will be take to get it rectified. Further, regarding naked cables and wires kept in our complex, I I made so many complaint through phone to the respective DTE/ATE/AO. But my efforts are getting any fruitful results.

I request you to kindly intervene and inspect the complex and take appropriate action to get the cables kept in a proper manner, so as to get regular and uniterrupted supply of phone connection to my residence.

BSNL — return of deducted balance

i a consumer of BSNL, Orissa, Berhampur. i have recharged Rs. 99 voucher, which is plan o[censored]nlimited gprs browsing for one month, but on 26.08.09 while i am browsing a sum of Rs. 100/- was deducted from my main balance. when i complained it to customer care than they lodged a complain and gave me a complain No. 3632605 and said that if it is technical problem than the deducted amount will be returned. but till date i.e 17.08.09 i have not received my deducted amount and my one month period of gprs was lapshed on 26.07.09 (with in 10 days).

BSNL-PREPAID — balance deducted/ service not activated

Mobile number is [protected]. The balance of 1274/- was deducted and service activation is not yet done. Complaint was booked regarding this problem twice at BSNL Customer Service Center, but we are not getting proper response from the Executives. The Complaint Numbers with dates are AP[protected] on date 31/12/2009 and AP[protected] on date 04/01/2010. Executives registered the complaint assuring to resolve the problem within 24 hours but after then they are giving reason that our complaint could not registered due their technical problems.

BSNL — Deducting balance

Dear Sir,
My Self Mr.Bideshwar Mukhiya From West Bengal, Burdwan, Durgapur. I beg to inform that i am purchase a new connection of bsnl prepaid sim card and recharge with Rs.175.00 to activate bsnl net service. After few days' Rs.6.00 and Rs.7 Something is deducting from my main balance. when call I customer care then They said that this is temporary network problem. the deducting balance is add to your main account and they were lounch a complain and give me a complain number i.e 5310803 on date 14.04.2010 but not any result yet now.
