I have got my sim card with the same number on 27th October, '2008. On the same day I recharged the card with a recharge card of price Rs.337/- of the company with talk value Rs.300/-. After some time I noticed that my mobile number had no incoming facility, but the outgoing facility is upto-the-mark. I reported the discripancy to the customer service centre of the company immediately...they advised me to do some useless technical things...but no way...the problem continues...they took finally my complain officilly on 30th October...After that I called their at least 20 times but the problem continues...they are saying..."the things are going", "they are taking care of that", "it is a technical problem" blah blah...but the problem continues with that...
its my only number...and many people are facing problem when they are calling on that number... Was this information helpful? |
