I have been paying my telephone and broadband bills without any complaint and break. But, my phone has been out of order for last three (3) months. I have been getting telephonic complaints numbers, but nobody comes to put my phone in order. It is still not working and I haven't phone for last three 3 months. i made a payment to my bsnl bill. In that i got my account debited for that bill amount but the bill receipt is not generated

My landline is not working no. ïs+[protected] i am from panchrukhi in hp my telecom circle is dharamshala.there is an autòmated voice saying that bill not paid but i paid all my bills pls hlp me my no. are [protected] or [protected]or [protected] or [protected] ur best answers r expected thanks
