[Resolved] BSNL — DEACTIVATION OF ACT 2 FACILITY FOR THE NO. [protected]

I activated ACT 2 facility 0n 15.10.2008 but I have send the message on 1.12.2008 to deactivate ACT 2 facility but bsnl not response for the message and they charge Rs.2 / per day after that I lunched the complaints on dated 20.12.2008 the docket no is 2767753 but the did not response and the deduction of Rs 2/ again continue I launched the complaint on 23.12.2008 and the docket no is 2774100 and at the same time I sms for the deactivation to customer care but instead of deactivation they send me the sms for activtion please look into the matter and do the needful Was this information helpful? I activate the ACT 2 Facility in the month of Dec.2008 and two month later i request to Deactivate the same but ther is no response from the network even if i dont call they deduct the amout from the account please look into the matter Iam just fedup with this Network the one who did not care for the Customer satisfaction.
