[Resolved] BSNL — non availability of GPRS signal | |
Sir, My sim number (Cellone prepaid) is [protected], location-Chengannur, Dist Aleppey, Kerala. My complaint is that the GPRS signal is not permanent. It comes and goes. I always keep my balance above Rs.500/- On discussions with CCOs, they donot give any clear solutions and hesitate to take the complaints upwards, which made me complain this way. i have a prepaid 9446 series number .GPRS activated,
costomer care assistant told data transfering cost is 3paisa per 10kb.
but, every time last call cost showin 5paisa or its multiplies, 5paisa reduces from my account per 10kb, please solve my problem.
Or please introduce an unlimited gprs plan for prepaid costomers. Or introduce any voucher like 197 in UP.

Dear Sir,
My sim no is (BSNL PrePaid) [protected], Location Asansol (West Bengal). Although I always have balance greater then Rs 50. from last few week I am not getting the GPRS signal on my mobile. I complaint abt this to the Coustomer care and every time they sent me the Setting and ask me to save those setting and to restart the phone, those people are not understanding that these settings are of no use if I will not get the GPRS signal.
I am now fed up with these guys (Coustomer care).

BSNL — Non availability of GPRS
I have purchased a 2G SIM from BSNL office Mahanagar Lucknow for taking the facility of Internet Browsing on My PC at my home. they told me 512MB data is free for one month. than i put the SIM into USB Data Modem and make all settings whatever required for Internet browing on a PC for BSNL SIM through USB Data Modem.Connection established but page not opened at that time i was busy with my office work so that i didn't gone in depth.Now on 04/06/2011 i have done a GPRS recharge of Rs. 270/- for one month and still the problem is same i.e. network established but page didn't displayed, i have contaceted customer care of BSNL 4-5 times all the time they gave assurance that problem will be solve within 48 hrs. but my problem not solved till now.
so what hapened about my Rs. 270/- as wel as my Internet requirements.
