[Resolved]  BSNL — EXCEL ANANT MIGRATION VOUCHER-699 NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

My self Gouranga Chandra Mishra, Prepaid connectin no [protected].I have purchased a SIM from your Bhadrak, (Orissa)Exchange and recharge of your plan " EXCEL ANANT MIGRATION VOUCHER-699, SALE VALUE RS-770, CALL VALUE-NIL, as on june-2006 and voucher sl no-[protected], Recharge secreat no-[protected] at the time of purchased it was valid up to Life Time(20 Years) as per your representative said.But at present it was not working (outgoing) call from date 02.02.2009.The above matter was already informed to your customer care this number [protected].The balance is having Rs-12 and validity period up to 20 years.Why outgoing facility was stop by you.Please update your system and run this facility of the above mentioned number.If you are not unable to run the outgoing facility then refund the total balance amount.

The above matter is very urgent please take necessary action and informed to customer on priority basis.
