Dear Sir I was wrongly billed for the broadband usage on[protected]. I had submitted complaint letters for rectification so that I can pay the actual usage available in the dataone.in . I was told that billing is to be rectified from Pune. Then, what is the duration required to rectify a single bill. Months has passed. No improvement. what the hell is this the broadband in dimapur is useless, this is my second day of cennection to bsnlbroad band n am tell all my friends obout its uselessness. come on ur the Govt. cum up with some compettative attitude.there are many private links coming up.
