[Resolved] BSNL — outgoing not working

my cell no.[protected]. in chennai network, is not working for incoming & outgoing to any number in india (except chennai numbers). from 20th march 2009.in this regard i wanted to make a complaint to bsnl customer care no.[protected] &[protected], but to my surprise i was unable get even this no, if atall i got line i was unable to get connected to customer care officer even after kept on hold for more than 15 mintues Was this information helpful? my phone no is[protected] is not working properly it's outgoing is not working ... we can attend the calls but no outgoing . kindly see to it urgently as i don't have mobile also i am totaly dependent on landline for emergency services .

Hello sir,
My bsnl no is [protected] has stop outgoing calls even I can't call customer care so please do something. It has stopped before two days. Otherwise give me any solution.
