[Resolved]  BSNL — cable fault

my STD PT Phone No.GADWAL-273655 not working since last 4 months due to cable fault in road widening at gadwal town.but iam getting minimum bill for Rs.300/- (Rs.Three hundred only) per month.if not working that connection how to we pay our minimum bill for that STD PT.hence requesting please remove my minimum bill to my phone GWL-273655 i.e. std pt

My BSNL Landline+Braodband connection is not working for last 30 days(Since 3rd May 2009). The complaint number is 81.
