[Resolved]  BSNL — unauthorized charges of landline

i am broadband consumer having tele.ph.no.-[protected], with 500 home broadband plan, in my user account i am provided 2.5gb free download but the chargeble units applied in my bill after 1.534gb.for this concern i visited bsnl office but nobody answering except giving the mobile nos.of the officials on. which they are not answering on call.this may be cause to drop my land line connection.please do the neccessary action. thanking you

My Landline Phone is off last 15 days Due to technical problems and my mothly bill of the feb-2009 is 402Rs.
so what to do

But Sir my landline Phone is Dead since feb last 15 days then 8 days
and the billing payment is not suitable because the bill was not came in my home
because of post office not take resposibility for bill and when we not gave the payment the phone was dead

so what to do sir,
