[Resolved] BSNL — Reconnection after payment does not happened | |
Sir, My Phone number is[protected] I made a dealy in paying the bill for April 2009 unknowingly. I made the payment on 19th June 2009. The payment was made through www.ernakulamtelecom.gov.in by 0600 AM. The Amount was debited from my bank account and the site shows, thank you for the payment. By evening the outgoing facility was not restored. I tried contacting the customer service number[protected]. I was instructed to call [protected]. I called that number for more than 5 minutes and was not answered. Then I called [protected]. Again no answer for 2 - 3 calls. Then I tried out another Service Center[protected] Again no answer. And there is no option to register a complaint in the payment site also. If i call 198 there is no option for registering this complaint. So where do we tell this or to whom? Usually service providers wil have single point contact number. And BSNL do not have that. And the customer is bound to suffer these. I am told that the payment is accepted and the facility is not restored. No contact person available. Now what is the resolution ? Is this a good service? Was this information helpful? | |
