BSNL — Delay in telephone line shifting

I had submitted my application for BSNL telephone line in the same RAM NAGAR ( Chennai North )telephone Exchange. Telephone NO :[protected] with Broadband connection.

Till today they have not connected & the reason the tell is non avialablity of Cable.

Can the concerned do the needful.

I applied for shifting my telephone to other building under the same exchange about six months ago and even after several reminders till date no action taken by the authority. my bsnl number is[protected] and consumer number is 4316617
