Sir, I am kalyan kr. Dutta My Bsnl no. is [protected] subscribe BSNL Callertune July'09 but I unsubscribe . I send message UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700 Reply message your Bsnl Tune close. Callertune stop my number. But Monthly dedcted from my account. So Please unsubsuscribe the service.

BSNL — Caller tune correct Number my complain alredy register
Deactivation of Caller Tunes.I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated . Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 20th to 24 th Aug . When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.not given) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by call customer care What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.
