[Resolved]  BSNL — broadband service activated yet not working

i have recived my broadband connection and user id etc on my phone line [protected] two weeks ago afte the next day i recived my details brodaband connection is not workin its always giving 691 error even i cant log in in the portal from cyber cafe though i input the user id and password as stated in the email bsnl sent me ..i have complained about the problem every where i could and i am fedup with the situtaions i think all the bsnl officers just sleep while working and this is the worst experiance ever happened to me ....they have reseted my password twice i think still not working and from my side i have done all the instalation procudure rightly ...

Dear sir,
Our telephone Number is[protected] with broadband connection.
last two weeks, our broadband conncetion was not working. we have alreary given three to four complaint to the concernered (Mandarakuppam telephone exchange, Neyveli, TN) exchange, but till now there is no response.
kindly take neccessery action from your end as early as possible.
