[Resolved]  BSNL — outgoing barred

sir at the time of outgoing on my m no[protected] message displayed check operator service &i have complaint to call center on 5/10/2009 at 4.50p.mthey give me comlaint no [protected] when on 6/10/2009 i enquired about complaint they ask to wait as 24hrs has not been passed but as on date 8/10/2009 when i again requested they replied that their is no complaint & asked to report fresh complaint

I use a BSNL (cell one 3G) (Gandhinagar, Gujarat) post paid connection since I was out of town for vacation i couldn't pay the bill on time, (before 28th December 2011) I also tried to pay through online but the BSNL site was not working, hence the company barred the outgoing facility. upon reaching back to Gandhinagar Gujarat on 10th jan 2012 I immeadeatly payed the bill. but till today (13th Jan 2012) my phone has not been reactivated. I have called to the customer care many times they are registered the compliant but so far no solution provided.
