[Resolved]  BSNL — Network coverage failure

Dear Sir/Madam

Since long back I have the Network failure for BSNL in my Office area. I have already sent many massages via my cell phone including the following written complaint dtd.[protected] to the concerns {copy annexed}. Till date I am facing the same problem. My office deals with public services and hence a lot of difficulties are faced in discharging the duties.

You are therefore requested to look into the matter at the earliest, please and oblige.

In context to subject it is to inform that my mobile phone is unable to receive the network of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) at the time when I remain sitting inside the office room since two months at the following address.

Since our work is directly related to public services it was reported to The Manager Customer Care, BSNL, Nr. Fuwara, Navsari on[protected] but I was told to lodge a written complaint to your good-self.

Further, I have already reported the same to the Customer Care Centre vide my cell phone and the Complaint No. is RI 1902244 dt.[protected] and thereafter on [protected] and[protected] but the problem is still continued.

Therefore, your authority is requested to please do needful in the matter prior to proceed for Consumer’s Court.
