[Resolved]  BSNL — shifting land line number

my name is yogesh kumbhare. this number[protected]
Registered in my Father Bhawrao P. Kumbhare. We are shifting room at 1/12/2009.
than we are shifting Application form at 14/12/2009 submit BSNL KULGON (E) ,they are Received form
and after that they connect line from our balding Junction box. Date (7/01/2010) but not connection
connect till date, when we are contacted bsnl off. Kulgaon but they not any reason .
so pls help me what are problem and why leat till date . All work done but just connection not contacted why
pls help me .
