BSNL — Want to unsubscribe from 53030

Hi I have BSNL Prepaid connection [protected]. I am getting some questions from this number and being asked to answer them. When I called up customer care first time he asked me to send a message (UNSUB NN15) to 53030. I sent the same and for this message they deducted 2 Rs. But i got a return message that the key is wrong. I called the customer care again and this time he asked me to send another message (UNSUB FILMY) to 53030. I sent it and again they deducted Rs 2 from my account. After that I got a reply that your request could not be processed at the movement please try later. above calls to customer care and the messages were sent on 24/02/2010. I m getting miss calls and silent calls from many numbers only started from 12 feb. plz trace these since, i suppose, there is some single entity responsible for this,
The no. are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

Please take some serious action against this person. I am not able to live.

I want to unscribe the TOLLY pack from 53030. They are Unnecessarily deducting my money from my mobile ( No: [protected])
