BSNL — Internet connection problem

hello sir my internet connection is not conecting u plz send someone to repair or else u itsel[censored]pdate my ip address there is some problem with my ip address plz send someone as soon as possible i called cusstomer service also no one is picking up my call..............plz make it fast

I have got BSNL broadband connection with unlimitted download. On April 24th 2010 my internet stoped functioning and I lodged the complaint on call centre (1504 toll free) on the next day but no action taken to solve the problem and they closed the complaint without solving my problem. After that I again complained 3 times and all the 3 times the complaints been closed without solving the problem after one week I called the exchange office and explained the problem and they assured me to solve the problem within 2-days. But no one came back. I have been calling the office everyday but they are not taking it seriously. Now its been 20 days over after I lodged the first complaint. The problem still exists.
I did not experience kind of service from any service provider till now. BSNL is one the worst service provider, I want to tell please do not opt for any of the BSNL connections, there are other private companies which provides short turn arround for any problem.

Internet is not working properly...But modem shows that the lights correctly running... It works when i restart my laptop once or twice... Anyone knows about that problem.. Plz snd solution to solve to the given mail ID below...

from past 2-3 days. my bsnl sim looses Internet connection suddenly and it will not be available for long time. im really fed up by this problem. being in the centre of bangalore im loosing net connection. its the possible worst condition. so kindly work on this problem. its not just my problem. many costumers have same complaint.
