This is Saurabh. I have land line with broadband connection at my home(Paharia-Varanasi). I have been using BSNL broad band services since 2 years. I want take all of your attention towards problem with broadband service. My internet is not working since 3 weeks. I have spoke to complain deptt at least 4-5 times and also personally visited your local bsnl office for the same and also logged a complain. After all those tries also my internet services not yet resolved. I don't know to whom should I contact. In local BSNL office there is nobody who can take care of my broadband service problem and get it rectified. Please let me know what to do?
I think there is some problem with modem configuration or local BSNL server because my land line and desktop is working fine.
Please do the needful.

In spite of my 3 early complaints no proper response is there. I have taken connection in Aug 2008 but after change in my password Broadband usage is not displayed regularly whenever I complain it works for that particular month but not display of previous month.
I request u to please solve my problem permanently to avoid unnecessary complain
