BSNL — PROBLEM WHILE MAKING AN ACCOUNT IN E-MAIL BSNL

SIR,
I AM TRYING TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT IN BSNL PORTAL SO THAT I CAN RECIEVE MY PHONE BILL ONLINE AND CAN CHECK MY WHOLE CALL DETAILS, BUT THE PASSWORD WHICH I AM ENTERING WHILE MAKING THE ACCOUNT IS NOT BEING ACCEPTED TILL NOW.
SIR I REALLY NEED AN E-MAIL ACCOUNT IN BSNL PORTAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..SIR PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL, I WANT IT ANY HOW...IN FACT I WANT AN ACCOUNT TODAY...I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING MY PASSWORD

BSNL — problem

my bsnl prepaid number is [protected].this month Rs30/- has been deducted for cricket update without my knowldge.I contacted customer care no 1504 as well as [protected].Nothing has been achived.
