BSNL — phone disturbance , DSL not working properly

Sub-Prayer for repairing telephone & exemption from monthly rental Against my Tel.No[protected] with broadband till repairing.

I have the honour to inform u that My telephone no[protected] has been out of order from 5/5/10, So I am not able to do any task with BROADBAND, for that I am also requesting you to exempt me from Monthly Telephone & Broadband rental till repairing.
So, I therefore pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary step to give me better service.
