BSNL portal for usage details not opening. With limited account, it becomes difficult to control the usage. Consumers are at a loss on both counts. Because usage details cannot be seen, they may underuse or overuse. If they underuse, they do not get full value of their money. If they overuse, they are charged heavily. Such a tactic is unethical on the part of BSNL.
I have got the portal id and in password is given as 'password' after opening the site and typing the correct portal name and password as password site is saying name or password is not correct I do not what to do?
This is rediculous after giving portal name and password they are not working
since i have taken connection on july 8th i have not been able to check the billing/ net usage details. Reply comes as wrong password.even after the BSNL personal checked on the fault the defect was not corrected. No response has been recieved from BSNL office
