[Resolved]  BSNL — non response from [protected]..111

Sir,
my grievance is that, while I was trying to get internet facility on my cell one [protected] I was made to wait on holding for 3 minutes for 4 times each, I am a BSNL customer for Land line (bvlsaikumari) two bsnl mobile connections Ananth and bsnl broad band. Further I have asked them to deactivate the exsting ring tone song on the same cell phone, instead of hearing me she has charged 12 rupees. I am unhappy with this trend and nonresponse. I request you to reverse the said 12 rupees to my account.
I have sent sms to gprs and I have received sms from "admin' gprs/mms successfully activated, log in name and pass word ". still the inter net was not connected My mobile is sony ericson model no. w8 10 i I request you to do the need to give internet connection to my phone and advice the concerned suitably.

I am from Bangon in saharsa district in Bihar .Here BSNL service is so bad i can't say you.From this place from one month i couldn't talk with custome care because of [protected] number is not working correct?
I am activating my GPRS service on my mobile from 4 month but this is not activate.I complained but any body has not taken any response and the problem is not solved from your customer care executive.here service is giving one-two our in 24 our.when electric is available service is good other time i can't look my service.At last on the internet i find your address and i am saying you my problem.plz solve this problem...

My mobile number is [protected]. It shows the message that 'Sim Registration failed'.What shall I do?
I am also a customer of BSNL having no. [protected] and BSNL activate a love quote service on my no. without my any reaction. I complaint so many times but customer care department doesn, t provide any solution. The customer care department also said that we will disconnect this love quotes service but no action taken after 50 days. BSNL have very poor service. And BSNl also don't know how to handel the customer complains

I complaint so many times but customer care department doesn, t provide any solution. The customer care department also said that we will disconnect this joke (56505) service but no action taken after 30 days. BSNL have very poor service. And BSNl also don't know how to handel the customer complains
They activate value added service with out customer knowledge.They reduce money and then send sms to customer.Its totally irritating me.I plam to go for MNP.
