BSNL — New Broadband Connection not received after 40 days of application

Customer number[protected]; Registration - MKP/GG/ROI/08090056 I wanted to use the BSNL broadband services and to that extent applied for a new connection in BSNL office in Garia, Kolkata. good morning sir i am sandeep garg from pilibangan dist . hanumangarh sir mera phone ko lage 1 mahina huaa jis ka numbbar [protected] hai jis pe mene broadband ka palan chlu kiya huaa hai pahle mera palan 749 bigeans palan tha jab mera palan khatam huaa to mene apna palan chenge karva liya ab mera palan 2150 bigeeans wala hai par sir mere ko kaha gya tha ki speed me koi frak nahi padega aapki broadband ki speed 256 kb s rahe gi par sir mere broadband ki speed 30 yaa 35 se aage nahi bad ti plz ise jaldi se jaldi thik karvaye
aapki badi kirpa hogi
