I am unable to access to the information scheduled to be provided through the websites in respect of details of my usage details for the month of both Nov. & Dec., 2008.

BSNL — how to check the usage details

I would like to know how to get the BSNL broadband's and phone's usage. Also i want to know how the free calls that BSNL gives with the LandLine.

I ALREADY GIVE MY PORTAL ID AND PASSWORD BUT ICANNOT SEE MY USAGES SO PL. GIVE ME DETAIL FOR TOSEE MY USAGES

i cannot see my broadband usage details for last 3 days.
the websites www.bbservice.bsnl.in and www.data.bsnl.in are not opening at all.
what should i do?

I am unable to view my BB usage. Further the BB was not in service for 2 months last year and I have received acceptance letter to adjust rebate on subsequent bill. Till date the rebate is not allowed on my bill. What should be my next action??

500c — BroadBand Usage

Sir,
i am using 500C plan of BSNL Broad Band.

i have unlimted download from[protected]hrs.

on 21th of oct 2009, i have been charged when i have downloaded between my unlimted period.
means every time it shows 0KB download when i download between[protected],but on this date it shows 321 MB download between[protected]hrs.

it may be noticed that i have been started downloading a minute earlier the unlimited period,but according to my knowledge any plans like this always keep track of time,means i may be charged for 1mint download before 0200 hrs,but i have been charged also after 0200hrs.

n one thing also that when my unlimited time overs means after 0800 i always been charged for 1 minutes also,so they keep track of closing time but not of starting time.

so,please its my humble request,look into the matter and do the needful.

Not able to verify my usage and no answer from any body and all are dodging themeselves .Poor service with a long setup
