dear sir my telephone no.[protected] i have broaddand connection it is not working order ragulerly i comlaint brondband incharge (mr belbir singh [protected] )but i have not possitively response. i ccomplaint to dgm [protected] but he did not care .i have trouble last three month i call to GM [protected] HE IS ALSO CARE LESS PERSON . i have booked for a new broad band connection in our nearest BSNL office on march 8.i have been told that they were out of stocks and it would take nearly 20 days for the new connection.till date i didnt get my connection and the response is not proper when we ask for the new connection.we as customers also understand ur postion and have waited so long.please do take it as a request and take necessary action.
