I am a subscriber of your land line for about 45 years in different part of the country and subscribing your Broad band for last few years. But your Broad band line is not at all serving the purpose since a year, only after ten at night or early morning it works other time line some times get connected but immediately it comes “server is not responding”
As a retired man of 72 years I depend on internet for all matter but now it become a costly show piece only .Reporting has no meaning since no fruitful action is taken by your department. Some times it becomes so dangerous when while ticket booking or bank transaction your line fails.
On 8th May I made a complain about non functioning of the Broad band hopping that line will be set right but till 12th nothing was done when I left for Pune. I learnt that on 20/5/20 some one came and climbed he post in front of our house to set right the BB line[protected]. But in place of setting right the line he connected our normal line 23371357 where there was no problem to some other subscriber and made our both line dead. I instructed my house from Pune to make complain at least to disconnect the regular line so that no one uses our line for their purposes.
I came back to Calcutta on 24/05/20 and observed that my subscriber No 23371324 line has been made 23371357 and my BB line is connected to other flat However. I made another complain and next day I saw my Broad band subscriber has been set right and it started functioning but my main line is dead[protected]
On 26/05/10 I made another complain No-M 8334 but so far no action as on 31-05-10.
There might be your operational problem to keep the lines alive or to provide service of the land / broad band, but why we should suffer when we pay for the same .As it is we are compelled to depend on Mobile for your service which is also not free .
Kindly advise us whether we shall ask for withdrawal of the connections or you would do some thing.

ACTUALLY FUNCTIONARIES OF BSNL IS IN UNWRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH SOME PRIVATE TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER THAT THEY WILL MAKE ALL THE ARRANGEMENT SUCH A WAY THAT BSNL CUSTOMERS SWITCH OVER TO PRIVATE TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDER
