MY TELEPHONE NO IS 24341303 IS TOTALLY DEAD FROM 22ND JUNE 2011.

I COMPLAINED AND 2ND DOC.NO,B693 DATED 28.06.2011.

but from thursday 01.12.2011 ringtone not found, but broadband service is working, but slower in speed.

please try to restore my phone service and oblige.

this is to inform you that (my phone no. is[protected] i had complaint for a faulty telephone line on 3/3/2012 and got a docket no. [protected] dated 7/3/2012 but still now the line is not repaired . I am very much disappointed by your service
