Dear Sir / Madam,
I have already surrender my CDMA Data Card No. [protected] (Account no.[protected] on 9th May 2009 at your authorized center M/s HILTAKE ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. which was disconnected on 6th June'09. (Also Letter submitted to Telephone Bhavan for disconnection is attached herewith).
I paid all the due bills amount. But till date account is not settled by you also my security deposit is refunded to me although 3 months over.
So, you are requested to settle my account and refund my security deposit as soon as possible. Please do the needful.
