BSNL Cdma Data Card — BSNL Data Card problem

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a BSNL Data Card (Wireless Internet) connection(CDMA No.-[protected], ESN-11EF752C), which is not working properly from the very first day I bought it. Its maximum download speed reaches merely 5 kbps. and it cannot be connected to internet several times. I lodged complaints a considerable number of times, but have not get any solution. The customer service officer said he had nothing to do. So, I want to surrender my Data Card and want to take back my money(Rs.-2912/-, which was the cost of CDMA Data Card modem). CDMA Data card — Not responding properly

We have purchase one internet data card from Ridhi Sidhi Super Bazar Lakadganj Nagpur. 440008. After 10days it stopped working, Representative of the above shop mr. rajnikant jain has collected the data card for replacement on 4th Jan-07. Till date they have not replaced the same and they are not answering properly.
