[Resolved]  BSNL / CDMA (Nic Card) — no response to replace instrument

I have purchased CDMA (NIC Card) China made instrument for Phone no. [protected] from BSNL Office, Bapatla,guntur - D.T. Andhra Pradesh on may 2009 with Rs. 3188. It is not working since August 2009, I am requested the GM, Guntur to replace the instrument, but no use, moreever the GM,Guntur is not happy, that i registered a complint on BSNl Custmore care since 4 months, Until now my problem is not solved. I am regularly approaching the Office by phone,by person,by mail . But no use
