i took bsnl cellone 525 plan 3 months ago.this is third time i am going to pay the bill, but the billing amount is too much this time(Rs 2283). i have paid last two bills well within time period.i am talking about the bill for the month of november '09 which is is beyond my understanding. i don't get how i got this amount bcoz i m sure that i havn't use phone so much during this month.plz solve my problem. my cell no. is [protected] and accnt no. is[protected]. 525/- PLAN — FOR BILLING
I AM NEW USER OF RELIANCE TELEPHONE(LANDLINE). MY PH. NO. IS[protected] IHAVE RECEIVED NO BILLS TILL NOW. I GOT THE INFORMATION OF BILL ON MY NO. OF DUES WHICH WAS PAID BY ME ON DATE[protected] OF RS. 600/- AFTER THAT PAYMENT OF 600/- MY PH. WAS DISCONNECTED ON 17-09-08 AND I HAS BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS A PENDING BILL OF RS. 238/- I AGAIN PAID RS.250/- ON 19-09-08. THEN AGAIN I FOUND MY NO. DISCONNECTED ON 20-09-08 . IWENT TO RELIANCE OFFICE SITUATED IN ROHTAK (POWER HOUSE). THERE WAS SONIA MADAM ON CUSTOMER CARE SEAT WHO MISBEHAVED WITH ME AND SHE COULD NOT MADE ME SATISFIED WHETHER IT IS SECURITY OR IT IS PENDING BILL.SHE ASKED ME I WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH IN ONE HOUR AND WILL INFORM YOU ON YOUR NO. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THAT SIDE AFTER THAT I WENT TO RELIANCE OFFICE AGAIN & MET MR. GYANENDER TIWARI HE GAVE ME ASSURANCE THAT I WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM IN ONE WEEK. SO I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT HOW POOR SERVICES ARE THERE IN ROHTAK
