[Resolved] BSNL Cellone — Unnecessary deduction of balance thru Utsav Pack

I have not given any request o[censored]stav pack. but every week they deducted Rs.5/- for the same. also deducting Rs.1/- every night 11:00p.m. saying your last call Rs.1.00/-. When i visited bsnl office. nobody knows what is utsav packe? also unable to tell me how same activativated on my cell. and how i deactivate it. i have lost more than Rs.100/- balance due to this.

yes, I am also a BSNL user. I am facing the same problem.. I dont know(the BSNL customer care officer also dont know) what is the UTSAV pack. Its very very tough to reach BSNL customer care officer...for hours i have wait to get answer..

Its very very tough to reach BSNL customer care officer...for months I am waiting to get answer..and to deactivate the same I tried but in reply they say that u r not my customer then why they deducted balance.. its mystry..?
